- in Latest in Ghana, News

Interparty Coalition for National Sovereignty demonstration in protest of the violence that coupled the Ayawaso West Wuogon by-election is underway.

The coalition will march through some principal streets of Accra and later present their petition to the Inspector General of Police, David Asante Apeatu and the Interior Minister Ambrose Dery.

According to the convenor of the group and Chairman of the PNC, Bernard Monah, the march is to demonstrate how worried they have become about security issues in the country, following the reported cases of kidnapping and the recent violence cases recorded at the Ayawaso West by-election.

Present at the demonstration is the General Secretary of the NDC among other opposition party leaders.
